Beginner Group (5 clients max)

Practice Pilates in a group setting in a class with other beginners. Learn and practice neutral pelvis alignment, deep core engagement, spinal stabilization, shoulder girdle stabilization, moving from your center, intentional breathing, and more. Get to know the Pilates equipment and learn beginner Pilates protocol focusing on building strength, adding muscle tone, and gaining flexibility while moving with precision. Group classes are for those without significant injury or structural issues.
