Yamuna Body Rolling / Myofascial Release Class

Relax, breathe and release! In this group class, your instructor will guide you through rolling, stretching and myofascial releasing techniques. We will be using a variety of props such as foam rollers, Yamuna(R) Balls, bands and more to lengthen, release, open and breathe for the entire session. Our session goal is to improve our structure and function and decrease musculoskeletal tightness. This session is informative, relaxing and rejuvenating with an added benefit of core work from using deep core engagement while rolling.
